Charles Ng's
Origami

Charles Chi-Tat Ng is a Chinese-American serial killer. He is believed to have raped, tortured and murdered between 11 and 25 victims with his accomplice Leonard Lake at Lake's ranch in Calaveras County, California.
After a lenghty dispute between Canada and the United States, Charles Ng was sentenced to death on February 11, 1999. Today, he awaits death by Lethal Injection at San Quentin State Prison where he passes the time reading and doing his origami, which he was allowed to do again after jail authorities banned it for years over concerns about contraband.  Since entering prison, Ng has taken up a correspondence course in art at the University of the Fraser Valley.
