Biography

Ottis Elwood Toole was born March 5th 1947

and died September 15th 1996 of liver failure.

He was dressed up as a girl by his mother until 6 years old, then he was abandoned by his parents. After the abandonment, he was raised by his grandma who was a satanic nut case who would do satanic rituals with him, and for this he was later named "Devil's Child".

Ottis Toole was known for rape and cannibalism. Only convicted for 3 murder, counts and confessed to 4 other before his death, he was still a suspect for a lot other unsolved killings (he did his 1st murder when he was 14).

He met Henry Lee Lucas (another notorious serial killer) in a soup kitchen in Jacksonville, Florida. They became lovers and claimed to have killed 100s of people together. When Otis was arrested he ratted out Henry, to get better jail conditions.

Ottis Tool finally went to jail in April 1984 and was sentenced to death. In prison Otis shared a cell with another popular Serial Killer Ted Bundy.

Was an American serial killer, also known as "The Roadside Strangler".
In 2005, at the age of 45, he was executed by the state of Connecticut for four murders he committed, he eventually confessed to eight during the time frame of his killings. It was the first execution in Connecticut since 1960.

Biography

Born on a chicken farm in Putnam, Connecticut, on July 26, 1959, Ross was the oldest of four children. His young life was horrific as his mentally unstable mother beat all four of her children without reprieve.
It has been said that a young Ross was sexually abused by a teenage uncle who later committed suicide. In spite of his troubled youth, Ross excelled in school and eventually studied at Cornell University. As a sophomore at Cornell, Ross found trouble when he began stalking female students on campus.
As a senior, he committed his first rape and murder. Over the next three years, he would rape and murder eight women. Called 'The Roadside Strangler' (because of where the bodies of his victims were dumped), Ross was finally caught when after the last murder, witnesses claimed that the victim was last seen getting into a blue Toyota. Police investigators eventually got to Ross, who owned a car matching that description, and during the interrogation, Ross kept dropping subtle hints that he was their man. Once in custody he confessed to all eight murders.
He was put to death by lethal injection on May 13, 2005.

This underwear shirt was worn under his prison sweater on Deathrow before his execution in 2005 by the State of Connecticut. This was sent to his fiance Susan Powers after Michael's execution by prison staff just like Michael asked. She kept it all this time and recently parted with it. We can clearly see dark sweat marks left on the shirt from that day...

When we got there, there was a big, long tank with a big, round hole with little holes round it. Norma says to Brian, 'Are you coming in here because there's a lady coming on the Number 82 and she's got boxes of sweets and that.' We all got inside, then Brian started to cry and Norma asked him if he had a sore throat. She started to squeeze his throat and he started to cry. She said, 'This isn't where the lady comes, it's over there, by them big blocks.' We went over to the blocks and she says, 'Ar - you'll have to lie down' and he lay down beside the blocks where he was found. Norma says, 'Put your neck up' and he did. Then she got hold of his neck and said 'Put it down.' She started to feel up and down his neck. She squeezed it hard, you could tell it was hard because her finger tips were going white. Brian was struggling, and I was pulling her shoulders but she went mad. I was pulling her chin up but she screamed at me.
By this time she had banged Brian's head on some wood or corner of wood and Brian was lying senseless. His face was all white and bluey, and his eyes were open. His lips were purplish and had all like slaver on, it turned into something like fluff. Norma covered him up and I said, 'Norma, I've got nothing to do with this, I should tell on you, but I'll not.' Little Lassie was there and it was crying and she said, 'Don't you start or I'll do the same to you.' It still cried and she went to get hold of its throat but it growled at her. She said, 'Now now, don't be hasty.'
We went home and I took little Lassie home an all. Norma was acting kind of funny and making twitchy faces and spreading her fingers out. She said, 'This is the first but it'll not be the last.' I was frightened then. I carried Lassie and put her down over the railway and we went up Crosswood Road way. Norma went into the house and she got a pair of scissors and she put them down her pants. She says, 'Go and get a pen.' I said 'No, what for?' She says, 'To write a note on his stomach,' and I wouldn't get the pen. She had a Gillette razor blade. It had Gillette on. We went back to the blocks and Norma cut his hair. She tried to cut his leg and his ear with the blade. She tried to show me it was sharp, she took the top of her dress where it was raggie and cut it, it made a slit. A man came down the railway bank with a little girl with long blonde hair, he had a red checked shirt on and blue denim jeans. I walked away. She hid the razor blade under a big, square concrete block. She left the scissors beside him. She got out before me over the grass on to Scotswood Road. I couldn't run on the grass cos I just had my black slippers on. When we got along a bit she says, 'May, you shouldn't have done that cos you'll get into trouble' and I hadn't done nothing, I haven't got the guts. I couldn't kill a bird by the neck or throat or anything, it's horrible that. We went up the steps and went home. I was nearly crying. I said, 'If Pat finds out she'll kill you, never mind killing Brian cos Pat's more like a tomboy.' She's always climbing in the old buildings and that.
Later on I was helping to look for Brian and I was trying to let on to Pat that I knew where he was on the blocks, but Norma said, 'He'll not be over there, he never goes there,' and she convinced Pat he wasn't there. I got shouted in about half past seven and I stayed in. I got woke up about half past eleven and we stood at the door as Brian had been found. The other day Norma wanted to get put in a home. She says will you run away with us and I said no. She says if you get put in a home and you feed the little ones and murder them then run away again.
I have read the above statement and I have been told that I can correct, alter or add anything I wish, this statement is true. I have made it of my own free will.

In England, Mary Bell at the age of 11,
murdered and mutilated two small boys on separate occasions,
solely for the pleasure and excitement' of killing.

She's known as the youngest serial killer on record.

Independent accounts from family members suggest strongly that her mother had attempted to kill Mary and make her death look accidental more than once during the first few years of her life. Mary herself says she was subject to repeated sexual abuse, her mother forcing her from the age of four to engage in sex acts with men.

Mary Bell strangled Martin Brown on 25 May 1968, the day before her 11th birthday.

She was believed to have committed this crime alone. Between that time and the second killing, she and her friend Norma Bell (no relation), age thirteen, broke into and vandalised a nursery in Scotswood, leaving notes that claimed responsibility for the Brown killing. The Newcastle police dismissed this incident as a prank.

On 31 July 1968, the two took part in the death, again by strangulation, of three-year-old Brian Howe. Police reports concluded that Mary Bell had gone back after killing him to carve an “N” into his stomach with a razor; this was then changed using the same razor but with a different hand to an “M”. Mary Bell also used a pair of scissors to cut off bits of Brian Howe’s hair and to mutilate his genitals. As the girls were so young and their testimonies contradicted each other, what happened has never been entirely clear. Martin Brown’s death was initially ruled an accident as there was no evidence of foul play. Eventually, his death was linked with Brian Howe’s killing and in August, the two girls were charged with two counts of manslaughter.

On 17 December 1968, Norma was acquitted but Mary was convicted of “manslaughter due to diminished responsibility”, the jury taking their lead from her diagnosis by court-appointed psychiatrists who described her as displaying “classic symptoms of psychopathology”. She was sentenced to be “detained at Her Majesty’s Pleasure”: effectively an indefinite sentence of imprisonment.

Bell was released from custody in 1980, having served 12 years, and was granted anonymity to start a new life (under a new name) with her daughter, who was born in 1984. For a time, Bell lived in Cumberlow in South Norwood (a house built by Victorian inventor William Stanley). his daughter did not know of her mother’s past until Bell’s location was discovered by reporters and she and her mother had to leave their house with bed sheets over their heads.

The daughter’s anonymity was originally protected until she reached the age of 18.

However, on 21 May 2003, Bell won a High Court battle to have her own anonymity and that of her daughter extended for life. Any court order permanently protecting the identity of someone is consequently known as a Mary Bell Order.

In 1894 a friend of mine shipped as a deck hand on the Steamer Tacoma, Capt. John Davis. They sailed from San Francisco for Hong Kong China. On arriving there he and two others went ashore and got drunk. When they returned the boat was gone. At that time there was a famine in China. Meat of any kind was from $1-3 Dollars a pound. So great was the suffering among the very poor that all children under 12 were sold to the Butchers to be cut up and used for food in order to keep others from starving. A boy or girl under 14 was not safe in the street. You could go in any shop and ask for steak-chops-or stew meat. Part of the naked body of a boy or a girl would be brought out and just what you wanted cut from it. A boy or girls behind which is the sweetest part of the body and sold as veal cutlet brought the highest price. John staid there so long he acquired a taste for human flesh. On his return to N.Y. he stole two boys one 7 one 11. Took them to his home stripped them naked tied them in a closet. Then burned everything they had on. Several times every day and night he spanked them-tortured them-to make their meat good and tender. First he killed the 11 yr old boy, because he had the fattest ass and of course the most meat on it. Every part of his body was Cooked and eaten except head-bones and guts. He was Roasted in the oven (all of his ass), boiled, broiled, fried, stewed. The little boy was next, went the same way. At that time, I was living at 409 E 100 st., near-right side. He told me so often how good Human flesh was I made up my mind to taste it. On Sunday June the 3-1928 I called on you at 406 W 15 St. Brought you pot cheese- strawberries. We had lunch. Grace sat in my lap and kissed me. I made up my mind to eat her. On the pretense of taking her to a party. You said Yes she could go. I took her to an empty house in Westchester I had already picked out. When we got there,I told her to remain outside. She picked wildflowers. I went upstairs and stripped all my clothes off. I knew if I did not I would get her blood on them. When all was ready I went to the window and Called her. Then I hid in a closet until she was in the room. When she saw me all naked she began to cry and tried to run downstairs. I grabbed her and she said she would tell her mamma. First I stripped her naked. How she did kick-bite and scratch. I choked her to death, then cut her in small pieces so I could take my meat to my rooms, Cook and eat it. How sweet and tender her little ass was roasted in the oven. It took me 9 days to eat her entire body. I did not fuck her tho I could of had I wished.

She died a virgin.

John Wayne Gacy, was an american serial killer.

Between 1972 and 1978, Gacy, raped and murdered at least 33 young men and boys.

He became known as "the killer clown" because of the popular block parties he would throw for his friends and neighbors, entertaining children in a clown suit and makeup as
"Pogo the Clown".

The killer was executed by lethal injection in 1994, his death left a considerable number of drawings of clowns and skulls, now part of private collections.

("Algeria is French and will remain so")

1962: Ex-general escapes death sentence

A military court in Paris has sentenced the leader of the extremist Secret Army Organisation (OAS)

to life imprisonment.

It was widely expected he would receive the death penalty for leading an organisation violently opposed to Algerian independence that has carried out acts of terrorism in France in the last few years.The panel of nine judges at the Palais de Justice had found him guilty of five capital charges, including planning the failed coup in Algiers in April last year. But to everyone's amazement, the presiding judge announced there were "extenuating circumstances" surrounding the case.

After his arrest OAS collapsed.

Plan to kill French president

The "extenuating circumstances" that saved Salan's life have not been made public. But the court must have taken on board the pleas made by Salan's lawyer, M Tixier-Vignacour. He had painted a picture of a French patriot and respected general fighting for French interests in Algeria.
Since its creation in 1961, the OAS has embarked on a campaign of terrorism in Algeria and France including the attempted assassination in September 1961 of the French President, Charles de Gaulle. Only three days ago French police said they had foiled another attempt on General de Gaulle's life when they arrested 16 members of the OAS. Nevertheless, the organisation's activities failed to stop President de Gaulle agreeing a ceasefire with nationalists represented by the Algerian Front de Liberation Nationale (FLN) in March.
This follows a bitter war between the FLN and the French Army that resulted in the collapse of the French government in 1958 and the return of de Gaulle as head of state.

On September 19, 1993, James attended a party a few blocks from where he was renting a room from victim, Betty Dick. Throughout the night he consumed several bills, took 10 hits of LSD and drank gin.

When James returned to his room at Betty Dick's house he attacked Betty's grand-daughter, 8-year-old Toni Neuner. He strangled her than raped her and left her for dead.

He then went to Betty Dick's bedroom with the intention of having sexual intercourse with her. He hit the back of Betty’s head with a candlestick and she woke up screaming. Betty’s screams woke Wendi Neuner who came to the doorway of her grandmother’s bedroom where she witnessed James using a small knife to stab Betty. James saw Wendi and he grabbed her and tied her up before putting her in the bathroom.

James did not think that Betty was dead, so he went to the kitchen to get a butcher knife and returned with the knife to stab Betty in the back. James took off the bottoms of Betty´s pajamas, but did not sexually batter her.

James took a shower, with Wendi still in the bathroom, to remove the blood that covered him. He then gathered some belongings and clothes from his room and took Betty´s purse and jewelry bag from her room. In Betty´s car, he then drove across the country, stopping occasionally to sell some of Betty´s jewelry. James was arrested in Bakersfield, California, on October 6, 1993, and he then gave two confessions that were videotaped.

The autopsy that was performed on Toni revealed that she died as a result of strangulation, but was still alive at the time of the rape. The expert could not determine whether or not Toni was conscious while she was being raped. Betty was stabbed 21 times and died as a result of massive blood loss within a few minutes of the attack.

Wrongfully Convicted on Death Row in Indiana

On August 11, 1981 I was illegally arrested by political police and accused of killing a police officer during a bank robbery. False evidence was invented and used as a ruse against me, calculated to provide a wrongful conviction and death sentence, cloaked with improper acts with the prosecutorial machinery and resources to give it the appearance of propriety. I was convicted in 1982 on admitted perjured testimony and tainted evidence, and then sentenced to the penalty of death !

After years of contesting the bogus charge, the death sentence was reversed (overturned) by the Indiana Supreme Court in 1993. But after a second trial on the sentence only, it was put on me again in 1996. Giving up was not an option; so the struggle for liberation continues !

I am holding my head up with much dignity and self-respect. I have a positive, constructive outlook on life. I do not believe that lies are more stronger than truth. I am seeking to garner pledges of concrete support from as many people as possible, and to let people know who I am. For without the essential moral and material support from concerned people, like you on the outside of prison, one has a tendency to become isolated and alienated in here, like a scuba diver cut off from fresh oxygen twenty-thousand leagues beneath the sea. Isolation is used as a means of total control, to imbue your mind with the feeling of being alone and helpless.

Both all-white Jury trials were rigged and corrupt evidence was falsified against me, in gross violation of my human rights. Even though they've been caught lying; they'll merely fabricate more lies to cover up for being found out. Through all the fire of persecution and hatred I remained undaunted.

The evidentiary hearings on the merits of my successive petition for post-conviction relief, that New Afrikan people were systematically excluded from the Allen County Jury pool and that the prosecution knowingly put on false testimony against me, is set for March 13, 14. and 15th 2001. My defense team and I have three (3) days to present my case for a new trial.

The news media needs to know about the hearings and the numerous letters and petitions that people are writing to the court judge on my behalf. By going public will break the suffocating isolation that the status quo systems' operators are trying to conduct the hearings on my case.
